Refund policy

If you package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can supply a return shipping label no questions asked, and a full refund will be processed

If damage is minimal and you want to discuss some other option you will need to call us direct at 480-360-4900. 

If your package arrives damaged outside the US we MUST file a shipping damage claim so you must supply pictures of the shipping box and damaged item. At this time a solution will be discussed to the satisfaction of you the customer and us.
