Here are some of the frequently asked questions.

1, Can you change my credit card information. NO, the system stores it and I have no control over it. If you change cards you will need to go into your account and change it yourself.

3. Do you accept returns. YES, if you are not happy with your model or diorama we will gladly exchange or refund you your purchase price upon return. If the model is damaged, we will forward a return label within the US. You must contact us with damage claims within 2 days.

4, Can I trade a model in for another model. NO, we do not take trades but there are many other companies whom may purchase your model directly.

5, Why are the models listed here less expensive than your eBay page. Basically, because of eBays selling fees. Its always less expensive to purchase directly from us.
