These are an exact replica of the Don Yenko Chevrolet dealership in Cannonsburg, PA. The 1/18 and 1/24 come unassembled and have directions for assembly. The 1/64 is plug and display. Each comes with a removeable roof section so you can swap out the cars. Showroom holds 3 normal diecast models just like the real dealership. These also come with ceiling lights with an on and off button.
